Each year, our fam, J.O. of NuGround Music, lists his top 25 albums of the past year. His lists are always highly selective and full of nothing but the best. Good music, no doubt. Though 2008 was dominated by Ye, T.I., T Pain, and Weezy, there were a number of sleepers who deserve attention and more. So, in no particular order, here goes. Enjoy.
