Poet, Playwright, Critic, and Teacher Amiri Baraka presented one of the conference Keynotes. Hear his thoughts on a range of subjects from the legacy of Black Arts and the need for a contemporary Revolutionary Arts Movement to black participation in electoral politics. Historian and professor John Bracey, a long-time faculty member of the W.E.B. Du Bois department, introduced Mr. Baraka.
